Swansea Wood School is a residential treatment setting for adolescents that specializes inâtraumaâinformed care.âSwansea Wood provides 24-hour comprehensive care including a school on site a full clinical staff nursing staff and direct care staff.â

Compensation

The pay range for this position is $22.50 to $33.00 per hour. The listed range reflects what we reasonably and in good faith expect to pay for this role at the time of posting the position. The actual compensation an employee is offered may vary based on several factors such as experience education licensure certifications and qualifications. This range may be modified in the future.

Due to the nature of our work and the youth who are depending on us there are times where overtime may be mandated.

JRI Provides The Training So That :

• YOU will be able to assist in overseeing our Residential Departments supervision system ensure all staff receive appropriate and timely supervisions to help promote professional development.
• YOU will be able to plan and run shifts to ensure safety of milieu and all policies are followed as well as participate in rotating on call coverage.
• YOU will be able to provide constant oversight of scheduling procedures and ensure that staffing ratios are met at all times.
• YOU will be able to support all efforts to ensure the safety and well-being of students.
• YOU will support staff and programming by leading residential meetings and trainings.
