In this role, you will : Collaborate with senior staff to assess customer needs to determine appropriate products, services and / or solutions. Assist with sales and marketing to help compare competitor capabilities with business capabilities. Help identify, analyze and recommend solutions for problems that occur. Assist marketing and sales.
