Project Manager Bridge & Infrastructure Construction
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead bridge and infrastructure construction projects. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience managing projects that include new bridge construction, bridge rehabilitation / overlay, concrete culverts, and retaining walls. This role requires strong leadership, project management skills, technical expertise in civil construction, and estimating experience to support the estimating department as needed.
Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage all phases of bridge and infrastructure projects from planning through completion.
- Oversee project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and on-budget delivery.
- Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and owners to ensure quality and compliance with project specifications.
- Review project plans, drawings, and specifications to identify potential issues and propose solutions.
- Utilize construction management software (Procore, Bluebeam, HCSS) to track project progress and documentation.
- Assist the estimating department on an as-needed basis, providing cost estimates and project input.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and company policies on all project sites.
- Prepare and present regular project updates, reports, and forecasts to management and stakeholders.
