About the Position
The Operations Coordinator is a central figure in creating a welcoming and organized environment that supports the schools daily operations and fosters a positive experience for students, families, and staff. This role manages front office activities by greeting parents and visitors, managing phone inquiries, and ensuring a neat and efficient office space, supporting student, staff, and family needs. The Coordinator handles essential administrative tasks, such as overseeing attendance tracking, maintaining student records, and supporting school events. They are also responsible for managing supplies, coordinating with the facilities team, and assisting with health and safety efforts.
Additionally, they provide support for student recruitment, manage financial transactions, and oversee purchasing to ensure the smooth operation of the school. This versatile role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a friendly, approachable demeanor.

Calendar Hours to be determined by the School Director, coordinated with the Operations team. (Ops team hours may be assigned as either 7 : 30-4 or 8-4 : 30)
