Job Title : Facilities Analyst 2

Location : Everett, WA

Job Responsibilities :

  • Oversee and ensure compliance with existing contracts as directed.
  • Develop specifications and documents for supplier goods and services.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and buyers to meet organizational needs.
  • Plan and schedule materials and services for facility activities.
  • Communicate with suppliers and customers about scheduled activities.
  • Support process improvement and documentation for facility operations.

Skills Required :

  • 1+ year of experience in Real Estate, Facilities Operations, or Facilities Management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) with 3+ years of experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in customer service.
  • Ability to collect and analyze data using developed tools.
  • Strong communication skills for interacting with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Capability to support and coordinate routine service requests.
