About the Role

At Egis / Engeny, we present an outstanding full-time two-year graduate program designed to cultivate a varied set of knowledge and skills. Our graduates will have the opportunity to gain exposure to diverse sectors and work environments, laying the foundation for a successful and enduring career. We are seeking a talented, motivated, and innovative Graduate to join our dynamic and high-performing Civil, Environmental and Closure teams in Perth for 2026!

Key Responsibilities

• Project Support : Assist Senior Engineers in planning, designing, and executing civil, environmental, geotechnical and closure & remediation projects, preparing tenders, pre-qualifications, panel submissions.
• Data Analysis : Collect and analyse data to support team decisions and project outcomes.
• Technical Research : Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements to ensure our engineering solutions are cutting-edge.
• Collaboration : Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
• Documentation : Create and maintain technical documentation, reports, and drawings.
• Problem Solving : Identify and solve engineering problems to improve processes and product quality.
• Quality Assurance : Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations.
