About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP of Sales, Health Plans to spearhead the national expansion of payer partnerships. This pivotal role involves developing and executing the go-to-market strategy for health plans, with a focus on Blues plans and national / regional payers. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving new partnerships, expanding existing ones, and ultimately, exceeding revenue goals in the health plan channel. A key aspect of the role is to build and lead a small sales team, and to work cross-functionally with various departments to ensure the success of the partnerships. The ideal candidate is a strategic operator with a hands-on approach, deeply experienced in payer sales, and has a proven track record of closing multi-million dollar deals. Experience in value-based or risk-aligned partnerships is a strong plus, and the candidate should be energized by the mission of transforming healthcare for women in midlife.

Applicants for the VP of Sales, Health Plans position at the company should have a minimum of 12 years' experience in payer sales or partnerships, with a strong background in selling to or partnering with health plans, particularly Blue Cross Blue Shield regional plans.
