Must-Have :

Inpatient staffing experience

Vancomycin AUC dosing experience

Aminoglycosides dosing experience

Heparin dosing / monitoring experience

TPN management / monitoring experience

Understanding of USP 797

Description :

The pharmacist will be responsible for providing pharmaceutical care in various areas including ICU, IMC, ED, Med-Surg, OR (cardiothoracic), cardiac cath, and central pharmacy.

Candidates must understand IV processes and be capable of ensuring technicians are compounding medications correctly.

Experience in the IV Room is not required, but familiarity with medication safety standards is essential.

Minimal chemotherapy preparation is performed; only specific medications for urology surgery and ectopic pregnancies are made.

The role includes involvement in monitoring and managing various drug therapies, ensuring optimal patient outcomes.

Weekend work is required every 3rd or 4th week, along with holiday shifts.

No on-call duties are required.

Scrubs or a clean, professional business casual dress code is expected.

All clinicians must record their attendance at the facility.
