Accountant

Job Summary :

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Accountant to support our financial operations, ensure accurate reporting, and maintain compliance with accounting standards. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities :

• Prepare and post journal entries, ensuring accuracy and proper supporting documentation
• Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual account reconciliations
• Assist with month-end and year-end close processes
• Maintain and update the general ledger
• Prepare financial reports, schedules, and analyses as needed
• Support internal and external audits by providing requested documentation
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions as needed
• Analyze financial data and identify variances or discrepancies
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal accounting policies
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow reporting
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and strengthen internal controls
