A company is looking for a Client Success Manager to work with mid-to-large enterprise accounts and drive successful client experiences. Key Responsibilities Develop campaign performance strategies and insights, guiding clients on best practices and setting realistic goals Manage day-to-day client communication, building relationships and leading performance calls Monitor client health and revenue forecasting, identifying expansion opportunities and addressing challenges Required Qualifications At least 4 years of experience as an Enterprise Client Success Manager or Project Manager Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and Tableau Ability to translate complex ideas into actionable business insights Strong organizational skills to manage multiple clients simultaneously Experience working independently and as part of a remote team
