A company is looking for a Customer Success Representative to drive customer success and build relationships. Key Responsibilities Respond to inbound customer calls promptly and resolve service problems Analyze customer contracts and billing issues to determine necessary actions Track activity in Salesforce and process customer account adjustments Required Qualifications 1+ years of experience in customer service, customer success, or inside sales Self-motivated with the ability to perform well under pressure Experience using Salesforce or equivalent CRM solution is a plus Ability to work independently and in a group environment Excellent organization and time management skills
