Florida State University (FSU) invites applications for a dynamic and forward-thinking Program Director of Professional & Continuing Education (FSU Learn). This leadership role offers a unique opportunity to shape and expand FSU’s continuing education portfolio, supporting lifelong learning, workforce development, and community engagement.
As Program Director, you will lead the development and delivery of innovative non-credit educational programs that reflect the needs of adult learners, working professionals, and industry partners. You will oversee the design of both in-person and online course offerings, ensuring they are accessible, market-responsive, and aligned with the University’s strategic goals.
You will play a central role in identifying new program opportunities, collaborating with faculty and academic units to bring them to life, and cultivating partnerships across industries, employers, and community organizations. The position also engages with accrediting universities and credentialing bodies to review and approve training programs for Continuing Education Units (CEUs), helping to ensure academic rigor and professional relevance.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and six years' experience related to administrative services or a high school diploma or equivalent and ten years' experience in the same area. (Note : or a combination of post high school education and experience equal to ten years.)
