L3Harris Technologies is seeking a motivated and experienced Full-Stack Application Software Engineer to join our dynamic Command and Control (C2) application systems team for Space Domain projects. This is an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge technologies and contribute to mission-critical applications. You will be part of a highly skilled software development team dedicated to delivering innovative features software upgrades and system integrations that meet customer and mission-specific requirements.

Essential Functions :

• Collaborate with a Talented Team : Work within a multidisciplinary team using Agile methodologies to deliver high-quality software solutions for government systems.
• Develop and Integrate Mission Applications : Contribute to the design development and maintenance of mission-critical applications and frameworks.
• Embrace Modern Practices : Utilize DevSecOps practices and a state-of-the-art development infrastructure to ensure secure and efficient software delivery.
• Enhance and Support Software : Develop new capabilities perform software upgrades and troubleshoot mission-specific software issues.
• Mentor and Lead : Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.

In compliance with pay transparency requirements the salary range for this role in Colorado and New York State is $83000 - $154000 and Virginia area is $95000 - $177000. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location. The specific programs and options available to an employee may vary depending on date of hire schedule type and the applicability of collective bargaining agreements.
