job_description.job_card.job_descriptionProvide quality control services for the work of subordinates and subcontractors. Assist with competitive process, develop statement of work construction documents, and obtain bids for Tenant Work Orders and construction projects. Oversee diagnostic and repairs on building systems. Oversee HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and life safety system repairs. Prepare work schedules. Maintain records and prepare required reports. Coordinate and schedule maintenance and repair work daily. Manage on‑site subcontractors supporting projects. Prepare and issue solicitations for subcontractors as necessary. 5+ years of building engineering experience. Expert working knowledge of building systems (AHU's, Chillers, Boilers, RTUs, VAV, etc.). Experience with quality control / inspection of completed work. Strong planning, organization, and deadline‑management skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheet, and project tracking software. Ability to read, review, and understand blueprints. Independent and team‑orientated work style. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong leadership to manage subordinates and multiple fast‑paced projects.
