Role Summary

Were looking for a strategic Director of Data Operations to lead data orchestration optimization lead management and direct to sales campaign development for our global payments sales teams. This role drives data-driven strategies to empower sales teams collaborating closely with marketing revenue operations sales and data analytics & insights to make informed decisions that fuel revenue growth.

Essential Job Functions

Core responsibilities -

• Develop and execute strategies for data orchestration routing enrichment and deduplication to support sales and marketing efforts.
• Monitor all inbound leads from marketing hitting the Salesforce ecosystem in order to find problems before they become an issue.
• Evolve and mature the lead management function within Global Payments
• Lead the creation and optimization of internal sales campaign strategies aligned with revenue goals.
• Cross functional collaboration with Marketing Sales Revenue Enablement GTM Technology Salesforce & Data Analytics & Insights to leverage data insights for decision-making.
• Collaborate with the Sr. Director of GTM Technology to align go-to-market strategies with business objectives.
• Ensure data processes adhere to security compliance (e.g. PCI-DSS) and efficiency standards in a global payments environment.
• Drive cross-functional efforts to boost customer acquisition retention and revenue through data-driven initiatives.
• Monitor and refine campaign and data orchestration performance to support scalability and global sales efforts.
