Retail Supervisor

The Retail Supervisor is responsible for accurately taking orders in an efficient manner and assisting in the supervision of retail cashiers. The Supervisor should be comfortable approaching guests to offer services and sell products. In addition, the Supervisor must be willing to help fellow co-workers complete tasks.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities :

• Responsible for proper credit card transaction handling and completion of required daily, weekly, and monthly reports, including weekly inventory, credit card transaction reports, and production records.
• Responds to customer needs and requests; resolves customer concerns.
• Responds to guest's needs and requests, effectively using suggestive and upselling techniques, and maintains service areas.
• Completes steps of service to ensure utmost guest satisfaction.
• Assists in creating personalized experiences.
• Follows cash handling and tip reporting guidelines.
• Adheres to Levy Company guidelines as stated in team member training manual and employee handbook.
• Communicate guest issues to management.
• Follows responsible alcohol service policies.
• Practices proper product control and handling of all inventory and equipment.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
