Salary : $140,000-$190,000 (negotiable, based on experience)

Total Compensation : Variable income with total comp $250K+

As they prepare to expand into the College Station, TX market, they're seeking a Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) to lead the launch and build out of their new pharmacy location from the ground up.

What You'll Do

Pharmacy Startup & Buildout

• Partner with leadership during site selection and initial setup of the College Station location
• Lead the design and implementation of workflows, systems, and policies
• Oversee licensing, regulatory compliance, and accreditation from day one
• Recruit, onboard, and train the initial pharmacy team
