Location : College Station, TX
Salary : $140,000-$190,000 (negotiable, based on experience)
Total Compensation : Variable income with total comp $250K+

Our client is a rapidly growing provider in the home infusion space-known for delivering high-quality, patient-focused care nationwide. As they prepare to expand into the College Station, TX market, they're seeking a Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) to lead the launch and build out of their new pharmacy location from the ground up.

What You'll Do
Pharmacy Startup & Buildout
- Partner with leadership during site selection and initial setup of the College Station location
- Lead the design and implementation of workflows, systems, and policies
- Oversee licensing, regulatory compliance, and accreditation from day one
- Recruit, onboard, and train the initial pharmacy team
Pharmacy Operations & Compliance
Manage day-to-day operations in alignment with state and federal regulationsEnsure inventory, storage, and medication handling processes meet compliance standardsSupervise sterile compounding per USP and guidelinesMaintain all documentation and support regular audits for quality assurancePatient Care
Oversee the preparation and dispensation of medications for home infusion patientsCollaborate with healthcare providers to develop and optimize treatment plansDeliver medication therapy management and patient educationTeam Leadership
Build and lead a high-performing pharmacy teamPromote a culture of continuous improvement, compliance, and clinical excellenceAddress staffing, performance, and growth needs as the pharmacy scalesStakeholder Collaboration
