As a Relationship Manager within JPMorgan Advisors you will be a vital member of the Financial Advisors team. Your role will involve close collaboration with Financial Advisors acting as the primary liaison for advisors and their affluent clients. Utilizing your in-depth knowledge of the Financial Advisor role you will build strong relationships with clients aiding them and their families in achieving their financial aspirations and targets.

Job Responsibilities :

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned client relationships deepen client relationships through getting to know details of clients lives to ensure life milestones are appropriately recognized.
• Create and implement a proactive service model ensure central engagement through proper communications documentation and tracking.
• Manage client appreciation activities and events coordinate with numerous teams to ensure timely processing and positive client satisfaction.
• Perform client reviews on a regular basis in conjunction with or on direction of the Financial Advisor identify and develop new business opportunities from existing client base.
• Market and implement complex investment solutions in accordance with High-Net-Worth clients investment product rollouts ideas calls and research meetings to stay current on all JP MorganWealth Management products and services.
• Provides support across a diverse suite of products and applications including but not limited to; Advisor Services Wealth Planning & Advice Goal Based planning liabilities planning banking & lending solutions mortgages and digital offerings through JP Morgan Online and mobile suite and ensure client meetings are properly prepared for in advance.
• Ensure compliance with organization policies and applicable regulationsad Hoc service requests as needed on behalf of the team / clients.
