We are currently looking for an experienced FINISH MOTOR GRADER OPERATOR with GPS Experience, who uses a motor grader to create smooth, level surfaces on construction sites, including roads and highways, according to precise specifications. The job requires operating the motor grader with its blade to perform tasks like grading, excavation, and shaping earth to achieve a high-quality finish.

Key responsibilities

• Operating a motor grader : Using precise controls to move the blade, shape the ground, and create the desired final surface. Must be able to use GPS and must be able to FINISH.
• Grading and leveling : Performing both rough and finish grading to meet project specifications, which can include cutting ditches, building up road crowns, and shaping slopes.
• Site work : Moving materials like dirt and rocks to prepare and maintain the work area.
• Equipment maintenance : Performing routine inspections, greasing, and adjusting the equipment.
• Safety : Adhering to all company safety protocols and using proper worksite signals.
