Performance-Based Compensation

This role offers uncapped earnings potential —with average earnings of $75,000 / year working less than 30 hours per week, and top performers earning over $140,000 / year . Plus, we provide pre-set leads—so you can focus on selling and designing, not cold calling.

About the Role

Learn our product lines and design software to create functional, beautiful storage solutions

Apply creativity and spatial awareness to design custom closet systems that fit each client’s lifestyle

Conduct in-home consultations (within a 65-mile radius) to understand client needs and present design options

Develop, present, and negotiate sales contracts

Promote our products and services while delivering an exceptional client experience from consultation to close

Meet and exceed individual sales goals through dedication and consistent effort

Key Qualifications

Positive, can-do attitude and genuine passion for helping people

Sales experience preferred—bonus if you have a background in design or home improvement

Experience in retail sales, in-home sales, interior design, home organization, real estate, remodeling, or customer service with a creative focus is a plus

Basic computer skills to manage your workflow

Reliable transportation for client visits (no mileage reimbursement)

Schedule & Location

Corporate Training Location : 1775 Brightseat Road, Suite B, Landover, MD 20785

Field-based role with travel to client homes within a 65-mile radius
