Advanced Mechanical Engineer

Location : Florham Park NJ

Required : Secret Clearance

W2 Hourly Long-Term Contract to hire

85.00 - $95.50 per hourwith limited benefits

No C2C No 1099 we can NOT work with outside agencies / vendors

  • SECRET CLEARANCE IS REQUIRED

Are you a Mechanical Engineer with 5 years of experience in mechanical CAD (especially CREO) detailed mechanical design and drawings / documentation and mechanical analysis (structural and thermal)

Do you hold an active secret clearance

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Active Secret Clearance
  • Requires a Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related Science Engineering or Mathematics field. Also requires 5 years of job-related experience or a Masters degree plus 3 years of job-related experience.
  • Strong proficiency with modeling CAD tools (CREO) to create mechanical models and drawings
  • Extensive knowledge of manufacturing and fabrication methods as well as technical government and industry standards
  • Collaborative creative thinker with experience leading complex projects
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to write technical papers and proposals
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development for yourself and others
