Communications Representative

This position plays a critical role in crafting and delivering internal and external messaging, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring brand consistency across all channels. Responsibilities

Draft, edit, and distribute internal and external communications.

Coordinate communication strategies across departments.

Ensure all messaging aligns with the company's brand voice and objectives.

Assist in planning and executing corporate communications, presentations, and briefing materials.

Maintain communication records and reports.

Collaborate with consultants and stakeholders to support client communication needs.

Monitor and respond to inquiries, providing clear and timely information.

Qualifications

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Business, or a related field.

2+ years of professional experience in a communications or administrative role.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel).
