Job Description

Job Title : Registered Nurse I

Experience : Minimum 1 full year of adult home health experience or 1 full year of hospice experience

License : Must have a valid RN license in hand

Certifications : CPR, BLS

Must-Have :

• Proficiency in HomeCare HomeBase (HCHB) and Oasis, with recent experience within the last 6 months or willingness to complete a retraining course
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and agency-required liability insurance
• Willingness to travel up to 75 miles from the home clinic
