A company is looking for a Vice President, Corporate Development.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the execution of reinsurance and M&A transactions across the deal lifecycle

Identify strategic growth opportunities and maintain a pipeline of potential acquisition targets

Analyze financial statements and market dynamics to assess target viability and present detailed business cases

Required Qualifications

7+ years of relevant experience in insurance / reinsurance, investment banking, or management consulting

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field

MBA, CFA, or ASA, FSA required

Significant knowledge of life insurance, annuities, and retirement products

Strong leadership skills with a focus on motivating and developing teams
