Looking for a PC Support resource who will be responsible for configuring computer devices, installing software for each user, deploying to users and walking users through the transition to their new device, and troubleshooting technical endpoint issues.
Ability to review and understand Windows event viewer
Experience using remote management tools to support remote users
Knowledge of and experience using system management consoles
Strong knowledge of and experience working with various software
Experience in computer networking
Experience with vulnerability remediation / patch management, application packaging
