Position Overview :

We are seeking a hands-on and experienced HVAC Install Manager to join our Connecticut team and oversee the successful execution of single family and multifamily residential HVAC projects. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in HVAC systems especially heat pumps and ductless minisplit installations. The HVAC Install Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of projects from scope QC to completion ensuring high-quality workmanship compliance with regulations and timely delivery.

Responsibilities :

Plan schedule and coordinate HVAC projects from inception to completion ensuring all project milestones and deadlines are met.

Provide clear instructions and expectations to subcontractors ensuring adherence to project plans quality standards and safety protocols.

Conduct thorough site assessments when necessary to accurately scope HVAC requirements for single family and multifamily residential projects.

Coordinate and manage the process of obtaining required permits for HVAC projects ensuring timely submission and approval.

Qualifications :

Compensation : $85000 to $130000 annually
