We’re seeking a Loan Servicing Representative to join our team in Des Moines. In this role, you will support daily loan servicing operations, handle moderately complex transactional tasks, and ensure accurate and timely processing. This position is a great fit for candidates with prior loan servicing or financial operations experience who thrive in a structured, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities :

Support daily loan servicing activities and operational processes

Perform moderately complex transactional support tasks

Research and resolve issues while escalating non-routine matters when necessary

Collaborate with internal teams and client personnel to provide accurate information

Identify and suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency

Qualifications :

• years of loan servicing support experience (or equivalent via training, work, military, or education)

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to follow structured processes and escalate appropriately

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and loan servicing systems (preferred)
