Information Technology (IT) is the unified IT organization that supports the vision, values, mission, and goals of the University by providing IT infrastructure, systems, administrative applications, academic resources, and related services to faculty, students, and staff. The IT Networks Operations team is responsible for the day-to-day operational support of all university-owned network and voice services. This includes but is not limited to VMware, Windows / Linux Server OS, routers, switches, wireless LAN, and Voice over IP.
Position Summary
The Network Analyst is a collaborative, quick learning professional responsible for maintaining the stability, performance, and security of the University's network services. As a core member of the Network Operations Team, you will monitor systems, respond to incidents, and partner with stakeholders across campus to ensure critical services are available 24×7. The role blends traditional network analysis with modern automation, API driven management, and scripting to drive efficiency and reliability. The position requires participation in off-hours or weekend work to support incidents and scheduled change windows.
This position requires employees to work onsite.

Salary Grade Number
The salary grade for the position is 10.
Salary Range
The salary range for this position is $62,000 - $65,000.
