Key Responsibilities :

• Process, track, and record payments accurately and efficiently
• Review invoices for correct documentation before processing
• Enter invoice and general ledger data
• Reconcile credit card and bank accounts
• Generate purchase orders as needed
• Print and secure signatures for all outgoing checks
• Provide support to senior financial staff as needed
• Maintain confidentiality in all financial matters
• Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations
