Position Summary :
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented
Key Responsibilities :
Review and process warranty claims with accuracy and timeliness
Communicate with technicians and service advisors to gather necessary documentation
Ensure compliance with manufacturer warranty guidelines and company policies
Track claim status and resolve discrepancies or denials
Maintain organized records of all claims and correspondence
Support other administrative tasks related to service and warranty operations
Work closely with internal departments to improve processes and ensure smooth operations
Qualifications :
Analytical with excellent attention to detail
Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Process-driven with a methodical approach to problem-solving
Fair-minded with sound judgment and decision-making skills
Maintains a high level of professionalism and integrity in all duties
Pay : 22-26 hourly
