As a Radiology Tech, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality diagnostic imaging services to our patients. This is a full-time position with day shift hours, allowing for a great work-life balance. Key Responsibilities : - Perform diagnostic imaging procedures including X-rays, CT scans, MRIs, and mammograms - Prepare patients for procedures and explain the process to them - Position patients correctly and operate imaging equipment to obtain high-quality images - Monitor patients' condition during procedures and report any adverse reactions - Maintain accurate patient records and ensure patient confidentiality - Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to determine the appropriate imaging techniques - Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment - Keep up-to-date with advancements in imaging technology and techniques Qualifications : - Associate's degree in Radiologic Technology or a related field - ARRT certification and state licensure required - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting - Strong knowledge of diagnostic imaging procedures and equipment - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Attention to detail and strong organizational skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and a retirement savings plan.
