Event Specialist Job Opportunity
Location : Dallas, Texas
About the Role : We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Event Specialist to join our growing team in Dallas. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing memorable events that exceed client expectations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop comprehensive event strategies and timelines for corporate, social, and special events
- Manage event budgets, vendor relationships, and contract negotiations
- Coordinate all logistical details including venue selection, catering, audio-visual requirements, and transportation
- Conduct site visits and perform thorough venue assessments
- Create and manage event communication processes
- Oversee event setup, execution, and breakdown
- Prepare post-event reports and conduct client satisfaction evaluations

Exceptional organizational and multitasking skillsStrong communication and interpersonal abilitiesProficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office SuiteAbility to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekendsValid driver's license and reliable transportationPreferred Skills :
Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or related fieldExperience with corporate and social event planning1-2 years of professional event planning experienceKnowledge of Dallas / Fort Worth event venuesBilingual skills (English / Spanish a plus)What We Offer :
