POSITION OVERVIEW :
Manufacturing Production Worker for a fast growing, fast paced tool and die facility.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities required for qualified individual :
Accurately enter, track, and manage vendor bills while maintaining a keen eye for detailEnsure timely payments by adhering to bill terms and liaising with vendors for packing slips / invoices
Establish and maintain strong relationships with staffing agencies as the primary point of contact, keeping them informed of all open positions and requirementsDiligently maintain a comprehensive record of all temporary staff, their assigned positions, and hourly wagesExpertly handle temporary staff payroll, guaranteeing accuracy and punctualityEfficiently perform basic filing duties, organizing and maintaining a well-structured document management system
Skillfully type and prepare quotes for various purposes, demonstrating professionalism and attention to detailBreak down, analyze, and manage monthly credit card statements, ensuring clarity and accuracyDemonstrate proficiency and experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, and OutlookRequired Skills and Experience :
