What You'll Do :
As a Clinician, you will provide in-home and community-based therapy to children and families facing behavioral and emotional challenges. You will partner with caregivers, schools, and other support systems to develop collaborative treatment plans that build resiliency and support sustainable change.

Key Responsibilities :
Provide family therapy, individual therapy, parent coaching, and crisis interventionDeliver services in homes, schools, or outpatient / community-based settingsDevelop and implement culturally responsive treatment and safety plansSupport families in building skills that promote connection, regulation, and growthComplete timely documentation and maintain compliance with program guidelinesCollaborate with natural supports and multidisciplinary teams to coordinate careParticipate in regular clinical supervision and team meetingsWhat You'll Bring :
Master's Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or a related license-eligible field (required)Experience working with children, adolescents, and families (strongly preferred)CANS-MA certification or willingness to become certified within 30 days of hire (required)Knowledge of trauma-informed treatment, family therapy, and behavioral interventionsAbility to navigate family and youth-serving systems and collaborate with community partnersStrong organizational and documentation skillsValid driver's license and reliable transportation (required)Cultural humility and ability to engage with diverse families in a respectful and empowering mannerWe Hire for Purpose!
