Job Description

We are seeking a passionate Program Associate on our Client Success team to help deliver a high-visibility initiative supporting a defense sector client. In this role, you will contribute to the stand-up and operation of a high-tempo capability that identifies critical mission needs, scouts solutions, and helps integrate them into operational environments.

You will support execution, prepare deliverables, conduct research, help develop strategies and frameworks, and engage with government stakeholders. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience with agile program delivery, acquisition support, and technology integration in a fast-paced, mission-focused environment.

Salary Range : $63,000-$77,000

Secret or Top Secret level security clearance preferred. Security clearance eligibility required.

Job Responsibilities

Program Delivery Support

  • Assist in planning, tracking, and executing program activities to meet client outcomes and drive the mission forward.
  • Prepare high-quality deliverables such as reports, strategies, assessments, and briefing materials.
  • Develop presentations and visuals that effectively communicate program status, priorities, and results for high level government stakeholders.
  • Support planning and facilitation of workshops, sprint reviews, and stakeholder engagements.

Research & Analysis

  • Conduct research on emerging technologies, acquisition pathways, and relevant policy updates.
  • Analyze data and stakeholder feedback to help refine priorities and processes.
  • Track program metrics and compile insights to inform leadership decisions.
  • Stakeholder Engagement

  • Help coordinate communications with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support relationship management by documenting action items, decisions, and follow-ups.
  • Assist in preparing materials for senior leader briefings and program updates.
  • Qualifications

    Required Skills and Experience

  • 1–2 years of work experience in consulting, program support, government, or a related field.
  • Interest in or exposure to one or more of the following : government acquisition, technology integration, process improvement, or defense / mission support.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience creating professional deliverables.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative, fast-paced team.
  • Proven organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
  • Comfort working with evolving priorities and deadlines.
  • Understanding of agile project management principles (preferred but not required).
