IDMC Developer

Job description Infosys is seeking a seasoned IDMC Developer with strong experience in Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC), Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Python, and SQL to support a large-scale data migration project. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of cloud-based data integration, ETL / ELT processes, and data pipeline development, with a proven track record of delivering complex migration solutions Required Qualifications : ​​​​Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Raleigh, NC, Richardson, TX, Indianapolis, IN, Hartford, CT, Phoenix, AZ or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel in the US.Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of educationCandidates authorized to work for any employer in the United States without employer-based visa sponsorship are welcome to apply. Infosys is unable to provide immigration sponsorship for this role at this timeAt least 4 years of Information Technology experienceAtleast 4 years in data integration and migration projects.Hands-on experience with Informatica IDMC (Cloud Data Integration, Cloud Mass Ingestion, etc.).Strong proficiency in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services such as BigQuery, Cloud Storage, Dataflow, Pub / Sub.Advanced knowledge of Python for scripting and automation.Expertise in SQL for data manipulation and performance tuning.Preferred Qualifications : Experience with data modeling, data governance, and metadata management.Familiarity with CI / CD pipelines, version control (Git), and Agile methodologies.Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.Informatica IDMC certification.GCP Professional Data Engineer certification.Knowledge of data security and compliance standards (GDPR, HIPAA, etc.).The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
