Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement sourcing and recruitment strategies in partnership with hiring managers and HR Business Partners
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and manage interview scheduling and feedback processes
Analyze hiring performance metrics to identify trends and improve recruitment outcomes
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred
Minimum of 3 years full-cycle recruiting experience required
Experience recruiting for healthcare professionals preferred
Strong business acumen and understanding of the industry
Demonstrated sourcing skills across multiple geographic regions
