Key Responsibilities
Abstract and interpret commercial lease documents ensuring compliance with company policies
Manage real estate transactions, including renewals and new site acquisitions
Monitor critical dates and deadlines related to lease agreements and financial obligations
Required Qualifications
2-4 years of experience in real estate analysis, lease administration, or transaction management preferred
Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred
Proficiency in CoStar or similar real estate management platforms
Knowledge of medical office building leases preferred
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work cross-functionally
