Supervises :

Primary Purpose : To perform assigned tasks and assist the teacher and students in carrying out the daily activities of the school.

Qualifications :

Required Experience :

Some experience working with secondary students; skills to manage student behavior and must have the ability to communicate effectively, work with others as a team, organize and maintain reports, manage time and resources effectively and efficiently.

Education / Certification :

• Ability to meet the No Child Left Behind requirements
• Associate's Degree or 48 semester hours, or Academic Assessment
• High school diploma or its equivalent
• Ability to maintain an effective working relationship with administrators, teachers, students, and parents, possess good organizational skills

Major Responsibilities and Duties :
