This is an onsite Help Desk Technician role based in Phoenix, AZ with a tight-knit IT team that supports a growing local organization. You’ll handle day-to-day technical support, troubleshoot hardware / software issues, and keep systems running smoothly for internal users. Great opportunity for someone looking to grow toward systems administration.
You’ll be the go to person for keeping the office productive and supported, working closely with users across multiple departments. The team culture is friendly, collaborative, and very hands on. You’ll have real ownership over issues instead of being stuck in a call center environment.
