We are seeking a skilled and experienced Mechanical Fitter / HVAC Technician to perform installation, fabrication, maintenance, and repair of mechanical piping systems across commercial and industrial facilities. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with various piping materials and HVAC systems, possess a strong understanding of mechanical schematics and blueprints, and be committed to delivering high-quality workmanship in compliance with safety and industry standards.

Primary Responsibilities :

• Install, fabricate, maintain, and repair piping systems carrying water, steam, air, gas, chemicals, and other fluids in commercial and industrial environments.
• Work with a variety of materials including carbon steel, stainless steel, copper, plastic piping, and other specialized materials.
• Inspect and troubleshoot mechanical and plumbing systems to identify and resolve leaks, blockages, corrosion, or equipment failures.
• Replace or repair damaged or faulty piping, valves, pumps, and fixtures to ensure system integrity and performance.
• Perform routine maintenance to ensure safety, efficiency, and longevity of mechanical systems.
• Assemble piping using welding, brazing, soldering, threading, grooving, and mechanical fittings with appropriate tools and equipment.
• Install and commission mechanical service piping systems including HVAC, chilled water, steam, compressed air, fire protection, and other process piping.
• Conduct pressure tests to detect leaks and verify system alignment and compliance with design and performance standards.
• Read and interpret piping blueprints, isometric drawings, P&IDs (Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams), and building plans to guide work.
• Coordinate system layouts, installations, and repairs with other trades and construction teams to meet project timelines and specifications.

Pay Range : Pay Range $46,800.00 - $84,600.00
