Join our team as an Patient Account this role as a Patient Account Rep II you will be responsible for :

• Resolving regulatory and commercial accounts.
• Facilitating the analysis and research of EOBs to problem solve outstanding accounts.
• Analyze credit balances and issues refunds as necessary.

This position has the ability to work 100% remote for Colorado residents only; however will have to go on-site (Mineral campus in Centennial Co.) for in person meetings and or if experiencing Internet or computer issues.
