User Experience Analyst

POSITION SUMMARY :

A booming Medical eCommerce company is looking to grow its team of UX Researchers & Analysts to work on various new projects and help reinvigorate their web applications. This person would help revolutionize their eCommerce site and help achieve the companies mission to radically change lives. Your main responsibility as a UXA will be to collect customer information and insights in the shape of customer personas, journeys, and user flows to identify needs and deliver data-driven site feature specifications and updates. Creation of Front and backend wireframes, flowcharts, and low fidelity prototypes are critical to this role. To be successful in this role, you must LOVE data and be highly proficient with Google Analytics. You would also be responsible for the metrics and optimization of onsite conversion enhancement tools.

To be successful in this role :

• 1-3 Years of Experience in User Experience / Interface Research or Analytics
• Bachelor's and / or Master's is Preferred
• Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite & Sketch
• Familiar with wireframing software : UXPin, Axure, Balsamiq
• Proficient in Google Analytics
• JIRA experience is a plus
