Excellent opportunity for a Family Nurse Practitioner to join a growing community health organization. This multi-specialty community health center has cared for patients of all ages and incomes in Phoenix for over 35 years and continue to expand their staff and locations throughout Metro Phoenix. We are currently seeking a full-time Family Nurse Practitioner.

POSITION SUMMARY :

Primarily responsible for providing comprehensive health care services through the identification, management and / or referral of the health problems and the maintenance of the client s health by means of preventive care and health promotion. Will perform assignments which can vary from routine to exceptional in nature and are carried out with minimal guidance in accordance with clinic office practices and procedures.
