Afterschool Coordinator

Salary : $19 / hr.

Currently recruiting for the   Hanford, Sanger, and Dinuba  areas.

As an Afterschool Coordinator, you will facilitate various youth educational programs for on-site residents at one of SHE’s rental apartment complexes.  You will work with a broad team that includes the Resident Services Coordinator, Apartment Site Manager, on-site residents, and various outside partners.

The position is part-time and limited to 10-15 hours per week.

Responsibilities

Tasks include planning out monthly activity schedules, developing youth curriculum for two hour program sessions, coordinating and overseeing computer lab activities, executing necessary compliance mandates and communicating well with youth ages K through 12

th

grade. Must be able to work independently and as a team member. A commitment to SHE values and the ability to relate well with persons of diverse backgrounds is critical.

Must Haves

Successful applicants will be self-starters and will demonstrate strong computer (Word, Excel, Outlook, Publisher, PowerPoint, etc.) skills and have the ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
