Part-Time Scheduling Coordinator

Location : 805 Spring Forest Road, Suite 800, Raleigh, NC 27609

Schedule : Part-Time Only Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, 8 : 30 AM 2 : 00 PM

Starting Pay : $17$18 / hour

Role Summary

We are seeking a Part-Time Scheduling Coordinator to help keep our clinic running smoothly and ensure every client has a positive experience. This position is strictly part-time and will not transition to full-time. If you are seeking full-time employment or future full-time opportunities, this role will not be a good fit.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and forecast clinic schedules and provider availability
• Respond promptly and professionally to client and provider inquiries
• Manage client registration and scheduling using SimplePractice EHR
• Verify insurance, collect demographic and financial information, and process co-pays / deductibles
• Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (electronic, fax, and paper)
• Maintain accurate and secure medical records in compliance with HIPAA
• Support administrative team goals and attend weekly team meetings
• Implement company, state, and federal policies and procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned
