Typical pay averages for an outside salesperson at Rexco is $120K, however if you are a competitor, have the drive and desire, total compensation potential can be even higher. Top performers have earned $400K+. Day to day - Ag / Construction Equipment Outside Sales Rep

Outside Sales Team where your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to cultivate and manage customer accounts within the SW territories of our Cedar Rapids location, while showcasing our stellar line of machinery! You'll be the go-to guru for understanding customer needs, building relationships, and delivering tailor-made solutions that exceed expectations. With a focus on proactive account management, you'll use our CRM tool to log every note, call, and meeting, all while mastering the art of closing sales and overcoming objections.

Your sales expertise will help Rexco maintain its market share and visibility goals.
