Chief Operating Officer – Multi-Concept Hospitality Portfolio

Position Overview :

As the Chief Operating Officer, you will work directly with the Founder / CEO to drive the organization’s vision, operations strategy, and key personnel hires. You will lead the execution of growth initiatives and organizational planning, ensuring seamless operational effectiveness across our portfolio.

Key Objectives :

Partner with the Founder / CEO to set and execute the organizational vision and growth strategy

Translate company strategy into actionable steps, including performance management and goal setting

Foster a high-performing, inclusive company culture that enables team members to thrive and meet organizational objectives

Oversee recruiting, onboarding, training, professional development, and retention of key staff

Key Responsibilities :

Analyze and enhance internal operations to optimize efficiency and effectiveness

Implement business strategies aligned with both short- and long-term goals

Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, financial performance, profitability, and brand integrity

Manage capital investments and expenses to meet growth and profitability targets for investors

Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, vendors, clients, and investment partners

General Operations :

Oversee operations for all existing locations and new restaurant openings

Direct management of General Managers (GMs) and Culinary Management teams

Maintain labor costs, financial controls, and security procedures, taking action as needed

Ensure the management team understands financial responsibilities and business strategies through training and development

Monitor and continuously improve venue performance through guest feedback and financial analysis

Train, coach, and develop teams on service standards, brand concepts, and leadership

Foster a collaborative, team-centric culture to promote a positive employee experience

Requirements :

Minimum of 3 years in a Director of Operations or Managing Partner role

Experience managing over $20M in annual revenue

Proven ability to drive growth, profitability, and operational efficiency

Strong leadership skills, with a track record of team development and fostering a positive culture

Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
