Available Shift : 10-hour day shift (Mon-Thurs) 5am-3 : 30pm
Main responsibilities / duties :
- Operation of CNC Mills and Lathes
- Regularly inspect parts using a variety of measuring equipment to maintain acceptable quality levels
- Ability to understand execute machine tool offsets
- Deburr parts as needed
- Keep up on regular machine maintenance
- Assist machinists in machine setup and teardown
- Maintain a clean and organized work space
- Keep record of pertinent information for shift change and communicate all important information to your supervisor
- Document processes pertaining to running and / or improvements made to setup or operating the machines you run
