Job Title : Project Manager – Commercial Banking (ABL / GRT)
Location : Charlotte, NC (Hybrid : 3 days onsite / 2 days remote)
Duration : 12 months
Job Summary :
We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to support the Commercial Banking team focused on Asset-Based Lending (ABL) and Global Receivable Trade (GRT) . This role will lead two strategic projects aimed at risk reduction and process efficiency within GRT operations. The ideal candidate will bring strong project coordination skills, operational risk awareness, and a working knowledge of loan servicing transactions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead project planning, scheduling, and execution across ABL and GRT initiatives
- Identify operational gaps and propose solutions to streamline efficiency
- Communicate project updates, risks, and milestones to stakeholders
- Build presentations and maintain project documentation
- Coordinate meetings, timelines, and deliverables across cross-functional teams
- Collaborate with internal teams to define controls and procedures
